December 3, 2010The Texas Tribune:Medical Marijuana Supporters Look to Conservatives
December 13, 2010This upcoming Saturday, Texas NORML and the NORML Women’s Alliance will be co-sponsoring along with many other local businesses and groups a Toy Drive benefiting SafePlace at Billy Cannon’s Smoke Shop. SafePlace is a wonderful organization that provides assistance for individuals and families who have been affected by sexual and/or domestic violence, as well as helping many other needy families in the community. We’re proud to be affiliated with this event and would like as many of you as possible to come on down, check out the Hot Rod’s, listen to some live music and show your support for a great cause. Billy Cannon’s is a relatively new smoke shop in the South Austin area and have been kind enough to host this event, with at least 6 other local smoke shops setting up donation boxes as well to help these kids have some happy holidays.
